Participation & wellbeing consent

Her Kind Club and NS Club are social community events created to bring women together, make new connections and enjoy movement in a welcoming environment. This is not a race: everyone moves at their own pace.

By registering, I confirm that:

  • I am physically fit and healthy enough to take part, and I have spoken to my doctor if I have any concerns, injuries or medical conditions.
  • It is my responsibility to look after my own health, safety and wellbeing before, during and after the event.
  • I will listen to my body, take breaks when I need to, and stop and ask for help if I feel unwell.
  • I will follow the instructions of the organisers, stay aware of my surroundings, and take care around traffic, other people and changing weather conditions.
  • I understand that I take part at my own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, I release Her Kind Club, NS Club and their organisers from liability for any injury, loss or damage.
  • The emergency contact details I have provided are correct, and I give permission for them to be contacted if needed.
  • I will help keep this a kind, respectful and welcoming space for everyone.

Photo & video consent

Her Kind Club and NS Club will take photos and videos during the Running Club to share on social media, our website and in other communications.

How do you feel about appearing in them? (choose one)

That’s completely okay, and thank you for letting us know. We’ll take group photos both with and without you, so we can still share the day on our social media while respecting your choice.
